I have been hiding my addiction to suger free redbulls though. I kept telling myself it was fine because it has B-12 and what not so I okayed it with my brain to buy not only my after lunch redbull but also my breakfast redbull which turned into also buying one for after the kids go to bed. Now, somehow, I have moved to those mega sized ( still suger free) redbulls. I agree that these are my booze. My body is able to raise it's tolerance to the amount of caffine I consume and it is always increasing it's demand. EWWW I hate coffee… even the smell of it in the air is enough to make me gag. I have decided to forget about the stigma against coffee these days, and typically have the equivalent of 8+ cups or espresso shots a day. I say this as I sit in my Santa Monica Starbucks, drinking a venti something or other... So have another shot or two of espresso, it may keep you from having cancer...
