I agree with this wholeheartedly!!! There is a certain type of girl that is okay with this type of thing (no offense to anyone of you), and it is unfair to use someone who isn’t. Especially without being honest up front. I have many friends who are perfectly okay with this type of arrangement. Myself, I am not so good at it. So I avoid it.

There’s an old adage that says, “Don’t sh*t where you eat.” A corollary of this rule is that one should avoid doing stupid things that jeopardize the paycheck that pays for your food and shelter. Diddling your coworkers falls into this category.

Every now and then, the temptation will present itself, but it’s just wiser to resist it. That’s not to say you can’t flirt and enjoy each other’s company, which can make work a lot more fun, but there are lines that shouldn’t be crossed. Losing your job for nookie just isn’t worth it. Even if that doesn’t happen, you still have to see that person every day and vice versa and that can make for a lot of awkward moments at the office.
